Charity begins at home!

Started in the second month of the year 2017, fandom EXO-L India, has done two projects till now. One for EXO’s fifth anniversary (April 8), which was a fund raiser for the poor and under privileged children. Fans donated a sum of Rs. 58000 equivalent to 1 Million KRW to ‘Umang Foundation’ located in Mumbai, India. The fans shared this amazing news on April 7, 2017. The links to the articles are:

Letter of Appreciation by Umang Foundation, Mumbai, India

The second project was for Sehun’s Birthday! Every year fans celebrate his birthday on 12th April. This year, fans from India tried a different thing! They flooded the inbox of T2 Reader with the birthday messages for the youngest member of EXO! T2, the entertainment supplement of Telegraph is often known to post articles on KPop. Seeing the love for EXO’s youngest member, the entertainment supplement, had no other option but to publish a whole page on Sehun’s Birthday on 12th April, 2017.

We thank all the fans who took part in this project and made it successful. We would also like to thank the admins, Ritika Maitra, Shrutika Dhargave, Akkineni Vidya, Disha Sen, Dula Talukdar and Komal Thaker, because without them, these two projects would not have been completed. We salute the hard work of each and every fan as well as that of the admins. We applaud them for their never ending support and love they have for EXO. We wish them all the best for all their future events and projects and we hope their positive approach towards the betterment of the society makes a powerful and strong impact.
